***SPOILER ALERT***
Overall, the movie was a great production if you take into account the humor, plot, plot twists, and animation. Yet, when you take into account the messages that are portrayed in this movie you may begin to realize that the movie is trying to push some ideas that you may not really agree with. I think one of the main messages it gave was that people who are in love with each other, but don't have the same pursuits in life ought to try a long-distance relationship. Most long-distance relationships don't get very far. Normally, it ends up with one of the people being attracted to someone that is physically nearby and chooses to go after that person instead of trying to make the long-distance relationship work. Also, another message portrayed was that it's not okay to express your wants and needs to those closest to you. If you feel that you need or want something really badly you should be able to express that without being seen as a villain. In the movie Ralph was just trying to express himself, and made a serious mistake in the process. There were several scenes in this movie where Ralph was trying to express himself to Vanellope, and she threw it in his face like he'd done the wrong thing. It made Venellope out to be the victim even though Ralph was trying to do all the work to make her happy whilst she was out having fun with Disney princesses and meeting friends from Slaughter Race. It's kind of understandable that Ralph lashed out. He said he was sorry and fixed the problem within himself; who could ask for anything more?
