I was recommended this book by like several book youtubers who absolutely gushed over it, so I HAD to get my hands on it. Especially since our current circumstances with the 2020 election, I felt like it was THE PERFECT time to read it.This book was like one of the funniest and wittiest I've ever read. I really enjoyed the representation in this book as well, it felt so natural and made me feel all warm inside!! I loved the romance between alex and henry omggg, it was so well developed and literally adorable. However I will say, I thought it was like a high school YA romance but it's like an intro-to-adult novel so there are some seggs scenes I was unprepared for lol I'm 14 btw. I listened to the free audio book on Hoopla while following along and I think it makes the reading experience like 1000% better, the narrator was amazing! Anyway ugh there aren't enough words to describe my feelings towards this book I just love it omg read it plsss.

Personally, I felt the beginning was a very slow and boring which took me long to read. I couldn't really keep up with the names of the characters from the 1930's because they all sound the same, like old white people. The romance isn't super great, it felt rushed. I don't really see the chemistry considering David is annoying as hell and Stevie finds him repulsive, but somehow they ended up rolling on the floor making out. I liked some of the parts in the middle of the book and towards the end but don't know if I'll read the rest of the series because of the reviews. I read it for free on the kindle app, glad I didn't waste my money like these other people did RIP. read if u want.

i think the best parts of this book are the beginning and the end. the middle is really long and slow took me a while to read bc of that. Margo is kinda annoying tho, she did not deserve to be searched for and cared about by Q as much as she was. the roadtrip to Algoe was so fun and interesting and in the beginning when margo and Q went on their prank spree or whatever.

It was good not as good as his other books but good. Took me a while to finish a little boring bc colin just talks about math and his theorem or whatever and thats boring. gets a little better in the end i like

i binged this book in two days, kept me on the edge of my seat i enjoyed very interesting plot, loved the barn scene. the pornhunting and when miles got a BJ was weird but interesting. The show sucks tho pudge is annoying and Alaska has blue eyes instead of green eye roll
