Honestly don’t know how anyone can possibly support this poorly depicted, outright disrespectful, and (not surprisingly) woke agenda garbage. The actual story about the radium girls is both horrifying yet interesting and it seemed like in the film that while it was a remotely serious issue...it wasn’t showcased like how it was in the book (or in real life for that matter) just how God awful this situation was for many young women. They would have had more time to do that if they removed the bits where they promote how evil America is and how having a job is succumbing to evil America and how the creation of Mount Rushmore is also evil. The absolute irony is how one character bashes Hollywood for promoting propaganda that neglects serious issues in America.
I also do not understand some of the music selection for this film nor do I understand some of the dialogue spoken. Literally modern day but everyone is dressed in 20’s garb. The acting left a lot to be desired.
