Honestly throughout my entire childhood I'd always been a Marvel fan, and this game was a brilliant way to connect with that digitally. I remember all the good moments and the bad, like when my mom accidentally paid for $80 of the in-game currency instead of $10 like I asked, simply for that beautiful Ghost Rider (Spirit of Vengeance). Anyway, there was no need for grinding in this game as it had missions for entertainment as well as plentiful rewards from the missions done, so I was always happy as a kid and really liked the approach that was taken in terms of the art style for this game. The comedy, while it's not exactly funny to someone more mature, still makes me chuckle when it reminds me of the childhood I'd had, the laughs I'd shared with my brother over this game, and the easier days of no homework that allowed me to play more often. I miss this game more than most of the games from my childhood. After it was shut down, I kept striving to find alternative ways to play it since the game was such a good quality for the time it existed. It will forever stay with me as an amazing memory of the glory days and I shan't forget the effect it had on me as a child. You will be missed, Super Hero Squad Online.
