JencarlosCanela is a great artist, singer, and entertainer. Unfortunately, most of his brief performance was in the background while characters were talking. The TV audience would have loved his performances. The show would have gained so much from his charisma and energy on stage. The writers missed an opportunity to bring a Miami Latin vibe to the show. Who better than a Miami born and raised Cuban American artist? It was a huge mistake to not give Jencarlos more respect.
