To remaster a game you need to literally keep most of the enjoyable parts that people loved the first time playing the game. Then add a better element to the game like visibility, graphics, mobility & overall gameplay. I believe that they killed it, I love the remake the original was ASS in my opinion it was so hard to play. I remember it took me forever just to figure out where to go walking around in the parking lot by the bathrooms like an idiot for hours. I know others experienced this same issue because it was so hard to get down the stairs to the grave yard in the original game. All I have to say is now after playing the remake I understand & love the story overall great job BRAVO.
