Halfway through the first season, and I'm really, really enjoying this. I feel like it really started to hit its stride around episode three, and episode four was fantastic!
This isn't a perfect show, and I have some minor quibbles, but it IS fun and a nice blend of action and quiet moments that build the characters and the world.
5 stars for being entertaining, for giving me eye candy, for magic and monsters and plots and unreliable narrators, for a diverse cast, for lovely music.
