I grew up with The Doors. They became my favorite band. I didn’t know what I was going to think about the new re-mix of “The Soft Parade”. I was fine with the original because that’s what they produced in 1969. It was so ingrained in me I didn’t know how I might react. So far, I’m on board with the new remix. It is, after all, a Doors album and I don’t particularly miss the strings and horns. It’s a pretty good album all by itself.
