Excellent series! Excellent actors especially the actor that plays George Gently!!!! I which it could have lasted for years. Sad it ended. I haven’t seen a series so well acted. Had me glued to tv every night. I felt I was part of the them not just a bystander. I grew up with American television and films for over 65 years and I’ve not seen again anything other than these great series on Acorn.
