One of the best romantic K-series I've watched, I don't understand why this show is underrated. It has a great storyline about love, family, history, money and power, fighting internal struggles, forgiveness, and striving to reach one's aspirations in life. I couldn't find any dragging episode, I feel each scene is relatable to other parts of the story so omitting them won't make sense. I've watched many other romantic K-series but this one is definitely worth watching over and over again. Yes they haven't probably said I love you to each other at any point in the series but the way the characters care for each other is more than enough. Not too cheesy but definitely not lacking the romance we usually look for in romantic K-series. Going through the physical and emotional pain for the sake of love (whether it's love for 'the other half' or one's family or career or country), losing that love, and then eventually finding it again. It absolutely has a perfect ending . Plus the chemistry between the actors playing lead characters Dr Heo and Dr Choi is just fantastic.
