This film is extremely intense especially if you , like we do, have a parent with dementia. It’s shows just how devastatingly confusing, upsetting and disorienting this illness is for the sufferer and how upsetting it is for family to watch and feel overwhelmed and helpless. It had us in sobbing flows of tears. Anthony Hopkins portrayal is a first class portrayal and acted the part with such real, intense emotion and sensitivity. The whole of the cast were completely gripped in their roles that made us believe this was a real family . Congratulations to all esp the writers and producers.

I used to enjoy GMB but this year Piers Morgan especially of late, his behaviour is appalling. It’s become his own personal show for a shouty rant against the Government, esp against Dominic Cummings. There is a need for good constructive criticism, but this is not, its plain nasty, mocking and making fun of people. Because if his behaviour there is never any Govt Ministers on and it’s just become a headache to watch I’m afraid. It’s an unbalanced and biased show. His hysterics are fanning the flames for fear and hate. Piers hysterical rantings are frankly sickening. I do not recommend the show at all.
