I couldn’t get passed the horrific southern accents. It’s 2019 and there are thousands of actors from the US south that could have hit this film out of the park. Hollywood needs to realize once and for all there isn’t one accent in the VAST south and none of the ones attempted in this film, that is set in Georgia, even come close to a Georgia accent. I gave it two stars because Viola Davis is a national treasure and elevates every project she’s in.
