Cleopatra wasn’t white and she wasn’t black. She was Greek. Revisionist portrayals do not change the facts. I adore history but this series doesn’t present accurate historical facts. This is fiction made to appear factual. This is ok for those looking for entertainment; Not so much for those who know the true historical facts of Cleopatra’s life.

Amazing show! Rich, detailed story line and wonderful characters. I hope there is a Season 2.

Kevin Costner's character is a raging narcissist who demands complete control of everyone around him especially his children. His character is corrupt, self absorbed and completely believable. John Dutton will stop at nothing to preserve his material wealth to his unbelievably ungrateful (in his mind) heirs. Dutton is so self absorbed that he doesn't have the awareness that his adult children would rather have the freedom to live their lives independently of him and his wealth, than be chained to him through fear, obligation and guilt. Yellowstone is chock full of drama, violence and outstanding actors who bring this story to life. Kudos to Costner who managed to make me hate him while watching each episode. Yellowstone is a complex drama complete with talented actors worthy of bringing each character to life. Worth a watch!
