This is not even anime, in a video they said “traditional hand-drawn 2d animation…” this is a western style cartoon, not anime. This show looks like in the category of Steven universe. This is where the money is going? When people were reviewing the show, there was no detail of how to explain it because you’re just throw into something. It was like they were so focussed on this is made by women then The actual show- I am a Girl. But the fact that they’re pushing so much about “100% women working in discussion room” ok? There’s so many other shows that are done by Women. But they don’t need to explain themselves.

I was kind of upset when watching this, I had a lot of expectation from the anime from 2005. When I saw Kairi I was really disappointed, he didn’t even have dark brown hair it was a light brown. Momo had light brown hair instead of a red hair. But overall just watching it was just really cringe. If you frequently watch those type of Asian movies. Then obviously you’re going to be like this looks so good. But from a person from a different country Who doesn’t watch these. Then obviously you’re going to be like what is this. In the movie they show Momo‘s mom but we never see her mom in the amine. I recommend the comics/book, like “peach girl 1” it’s based off of the amine. Like at the end credit you can see the art style in. But watch anyways anyways, you might actually like it or don’t like it at all. I just don’t understand why they try to remake a classic and it just does not look good to me
