After reading 'The Silent Patient', I couldn't wait to read Alex Michaelides new book. To be honest, I couldn't believe that it had been written by the same author. I didn't really enjoy it, didn't find it suspenseful, it was predictable and the ending was disappointing. It's the opposite of what I felt after reading 'The Silent Patient' which I loved.
