Positively THE BEST show I've seen in years. Spellbinding! Superbly acted by all performers. Motivated me to begin playing chess again, along with thousands of others. Anya-Taylor Joy WAS "Beth Harmon" ...PERFECT for the role, and the red hair was a brilliant touch. Watched it in its entirety twice, then read the book, and will probably watch it yet again. Won Golden Globes for best series and best actress and the CNN dunce reporter who reviewed the GG show last night didn't even MENTION the show or the star. And he gets PAID to do that job? Why?
