If like me you know the time period this movie is set because you lived it then buckle yourself in for a trip back in time. This movie captures the feeling of Hollywood, television and the characters who roam through it. It's a look through the lives of some peripheral players of the time, sprinkled with the odd superstar, which will have you pointing at the screen yelling out "there's Steve McQueen and that's Mama Cass"! As if they are real and have come back to life. The wonderful view of life through the eyes of Sharon Tate, played to a tee by the beautiful Margot Robbie, is heart wrenching given what became of her in life. Not a bad performance in the whole 2 hours and 40 minutes of film. A wonderful experience even if you didn't live through those times.
