Circe is a story of God's and mortals from the point of view of a underdog nymph born to Titans but given no inheritance of power. She finds herself scorned and judged for being a caring and empathetic creature in the vile and toxic halls of her father. Even the skills she posses is denied to her out of disbelief of her capabilities. The transformation of an innocent girl into what I would call a female hero after all the darkness that she goes through is more human and takes more courage than any other hero or gods story I have read about.

The language is nice. The story takes on its own course. The ending feels unsatisfying
