I think the movie is pretty good. My granddaughter read the Beautiful Creatures books and thinks that the book is way better than the movie it's self. She says it is more descriptive, more meaningful, and more magical. She also says that they missed a few parts like how Ethan and Lena can talk to each other through their thoughts. And that they did not add all the important stuff that they state to b the books. Soooooo you should read the books and watch the movie if you are bored, but if you watch the movie and then read the books you will are what my granddaughter means. Thank you
