If Steven Pinker calls music “as self-indulgent” as pornography or a taste for fatty food, I do not want to live in a world that he so calls “enlightened.” This MAN thinks he knows what Mother Nature is all about and I would not trust him. I am actually terrified of the ideas he exorcises in his mind. I’m legitimately scared of him. I may have been haste. I have not yet formed an opinion of Pinker. I fell to impulsive behavior and formed an opinion based on one sentence from my book by McGilChrist. Only time will tell (and a ton of research and work into his ideas) if I like Pinker. In other words, do you guys like P!nk?
