The trifecta is Skater XL, Infinite Air, and Descenders. I prefer this game over steep because the park riding, the grabs, the way you throw huge triple cork 14's just feels natural. Also, you can create your own park, and rides other peoples park's too. Final point is try to get both, but if you prefer backcountry, beautiful scenery, or a more fleshed out game then go with steep. If you actually snowboard, and you prefer riding rails, park, and jumps then go with Infinite Air.
