Taylor Bennion

As a big fan of the book I had a lot of issues it shares almost nothing in common with the source material. I did however enjoy the performances of the cast, the action scenes were decent and the lead in my opinion was a pretty good choice even though the way he plays John Kelly is somewhat different than the character in the book i didn't care that the physical description was different but why didn't he have the tattoo? I feel like with a better script it could have been better. I don't want to spoil the book for anyone who wants to read it so I won't discuss that I just feel that it falls short when comparing them. As a unrelated movie I would give it a higher rating but I don't feel that it stands up to the source material which is unfortunate I am also not a very big fan of the modern setting personally but that's me nitpicking.
