Love the show. Nice to watch James cooking with butter, lard and dripping as I was taught by my mother and grandmother to use.
Please can you show us sometime on your tv show how to make a Yorkshire curd cake like I buy at Betty’s when I go to York as no one makes them on the Isle of Wight.
