Katto of the north

This is one of my favorite games of the genre and I think the hate it's getting from fans of the original game series is mindless and unconditional. Despite how amazing the combat and character control is in DmC: Devil May Cry, fans of the original series keeps bashing it just because Dante's appearance ? Personally, as someone who do not replay games; DmC was one of the only 2 games I've ever replayed, The other being the one I consider my favorite game; Dishonored. I have played DMC 4 which was pretty good but when compared to DmC: Devil May Cry controls, the combat and even the story was way inferior. One thing I do like about the Original series is the appearance of the Devil Trigger, which in DmC: Devil May Cry, doesn't transform Dante into a Devilish Creature but, It's a lot more powerful.
