Absolutely a great show! It had everything, even touched on some issues that today's society faces. Even the part where Enid's mom tried to send her to the camp and Enid made it clear that she was not going. That message was stellar. I loved Thing and they detail work that they did on this version. Can't wait for season 2 to find out who the stalker is.

I know there has been a lot of mixed reviews on this show and quite honestly I don't think anyone is giving it a real chance. I like it a lot! Each character has a story and even though they are all different, somehow they are all linked. I for one am ready to know what happened to batman. Where is he? What happened? Also what happened to Beth/Alice? That opening scene in Episode 3 got my attention and what does Mary's mother have to hide because it is obvious she knows more than she lets on and why is she so desperate to keep her husband in the dark? It can't just be for business purposes? The Narrative Kate gives it actually makes sense when you look at it in the aspect of her trying to explain to bruce or even herself why she is doing all of this in picking up the mantle. I can't wait to see how this season unfolds!

The writing seems rushed and the characters in this reboot do not due justice to the original series or the books. I understand that they are trying to go with a more mature feel but after watching last night, I'm not interested in watching anymore. The direction they are going with this is not appealing at all
