SPOILER ALERT: Sonic the Hedgehog the Movie (I'm pretty sure I didn't need to put "the movie" at the end) is a mix of entertaining and heartbreaking. Sonic had always felt alone ever since his guardian, Longclaw, was forced to leave him on his own due to an Echidna tribe trying to kill Sonic when he was young. Sonic in this movie acts like a kid, but just want to make a real friend after so long. Also, Jim Carry as Eggman us perfect, a mix of a funny and delightfully devilish villain is always a win in my book. When I left the theater, I was seriously craving not just more popcorn, but more of Sonic's new experience in this new world he's in. 9/10 movie, not the best movie of all time or anything, but a classic for sure.
