Love the detail of energy principles woven throughout the book. I felt like as I was reading I could feel my body's condition and started to notice all the issues and areas that need improvement and balancing. I was feeling a little discouraged but about halfway through the book, I decided to start practicing some of the exercises recommended and immediately could feel a shift in my body, energy, and mental state!
Super practical and applicable! Absolutely love this book and recommend it to anyone who is interested in how mental health and immunity are related.
