This is a stunning Cinderella 2-part movie set in the early 20th Century in Italy. I have just watched it for the third time on YouTube! When I lived many years ago in the former Yugoslavia, near the Italian border, we had RAI television available to us, but everything was subtitled in Slovene. So...My BIG question is - Why are all these great Actors, who actually speak English, having to have Voice-Overs ...IN ENGLISH??? The 2-part movie 'Beauty and the Beast', also on YT, has been done the same by RAI...and those actors speak fluent English too!! To me that is plain ridiculous!

The chemistry between Liz and Max is OFF THE CHARTS! Incredible Stellar acting all the way! I could not believe how addictive it is to watch this series. I have watched it twice so far... and have to WAIT for Season 2 next year?? The entire cast has definitely been chosen to merge their characters brilliantly. Huge Kudos to the Casting Team. My one big disgust is the "gay" scenes & characters which I can see coming, so that's always fast-forwarded. My Heavenly Father calls that an abomination in Torah...after all HE is from the Heavenly Realm!
