I just cried out with sadness and joy with this film.. Yes those were the golden years when women were portrayed as being both helpless and strong. Just because women are shy and gentle does not mean they cannot be strong and courageous..

I have seen the movie twice and the scenes still run in my mind till today. I read the story again and again and each time it brings tears to my eyes. One of the best movies ever made
