What a letdown. Had great expectations but the movie seems pretty boring. The trailers make this seem like this is a story about young Tony Soprano, but very little is shown of him. And the story doesn't sync up at all with Sopranos lore in several ways. For example, in the Sopranos Ralphie notes that as kids Tony, Silvio, Jackie and he were a "crew" but in this movie Silvio is already an adult when Tony is like 10. In addition, Tony tells Chris Dickie was killed on contract for Gilly Ruffalo (also no mention of taking the war home to Rhode Island, which would have been cool to see). And in the Sopranos Chris calls out Tony's love for his father by remarking that he was a junkie, but we see absolutely no drug use by Dickie in this, so? The movie seems disjointed, almost as if it's a series of vignettes trying to form a coherent story but fails. They shoehorn in random lines and mentions from original series, but other than that there's not much connection between them. Overall, it was disappointing and the ending was unresolved. Glad I didn't pay money to see it in theaters.

Great film. Although it's not verifiable of the specifics, one would hope the agents felt the reality of what they were doing. The truth of this movie is undeniable, which adds to its timelessness. Its an excellent spy thriller and drama epic that has a dark and realistic story line, drawn from history. A powerful international cast stars, and Eric Bana's performance is powerful and spot on as he descends from his pedestal upon which he holds the Zionist state of Israel and gets blood on his hands, which in turn stains everything around him, poisons his cohort and ultimately leads to their deaths, all except for the pig-headed Zionist racist survivor played by Daniel Craig ("The only blood that matters to me is Jewish blood," he says coldly in the film. Try saying that with any other nationality or race and understand what is really being said). A fitting understanding of where the whole affair leads. The movie leaves things unresolved, as we know how history has played out since. Nothing has changed, and as those who read the Talmud and subscribe to "an eye for an eye" only makes their whole world blind. I will never tire of watching this film.

It's alright. It's no Futurama. After decades of making cartoons and developing stories, I'm a bit disappointed by Groening and his team here because the jokes are hit or miss and the writing is as well. Mainly the whole thing feels disjointed. It's as if they just shoehorn in whatever random idea comes into their head and things go back and forth with no continuity. And in order to build the "story" (I use that term loosely) they rely on tropes like deus ex machinas to do thing like bring characters back from the dead (or psych, they never were really dead), but even when they do it's not as if then the characters are well-used. Characters even seem to switch allegiances and personalities as needed for the "plot" development, but there is no plot. Just a long, meandering story. This show could have been so much better with a little more effort. Instead it's just all over the place with random jokes thrown in that frankly aren't worth being told half the time. It's no wonder reviews on this are mixed and the series has limped along failing to make much noise or garner a strong fan base.

Disneyfied garbage. Script is written as poorly as the final Star Wars trilogy. Pacing is horrible, and dialogue is trite. Particularly the actress who plays America Chavez needs to learn how to act. Her performance is bad, her character is a one-dimensional plot device. And they put in a bunch of identity politics to seem like theyre being progressive or hip but the story falls flat. Boring and a poor use of the MCU. Jesus if this is the future of Marvel movies then I'm going to skip seeing them.
