I feel critics watch to many movies to the point it gets so diluted every time they watch and critique a movie. This movie was done extremely well. Brilliantly done. Definitely on my list of top favorite Jared Leto movies. You can see at the end of the movie a little bit of the jokers tone comes out of Jared Leto before he kills a traitor and is allowed to freely walk out with a certain amount of respect from his enemies. Its badass. Even though he was violent he did it because he had strong rooted principles in which is why I think he respected the Japanese culture so highly because there is more honor and respect just as a certain bond amongst a true family would be like. Its a clash between the old world and the new world. As well as old generations and new generations way of thought. I also feel this movie shows how body language or actions can speak more for itself in the Japanese culture than words itself. Its very much a yin and yang flow kind of movie. No doubt 5 star movie 🍿
