I love these books! You don't have to read them in order, but it helps. I read some of the older ones first, then saw how the characters became friends and how relationships grew, when I read the first books. I'm still not through the whole set, but hope to be soon.

I actually love the show. But I'm watching the semi-finals in the first season and I have to watch it with the sound off because the music is so horrible in the foreground; you can barely hear anything that's being said.
I think it's a shame when whoever the musical director is has to drown out the words that are being spoken on the screen. Do they do this for their own glory? I think it's a shame to ruin a perfectly good show, to play music that is not needed. l will not watch the show anymore if this noise continues.
