Zombie movies had been my favorite for the past decade, Walking Dead being my all time fave --- that was, before I started watching Korean Zombie movies. Train to Busan and Alive was spectacular.
By 2020 though, I was practically bored of zombie movies because they have literally the same survival plots. With the character being chased by zombies as the only "exciting" part. Ehem, Army of the Dead, ehem.
So I didn't bother with Kingdom until now (2022). I was wrong though, it was really binge-worthy and I watched Seasons 1, 2, and Ashin of the North within 24 hrs. LOL.
My only complaint is that the characters like to STARE. Like just stand there, stare, and not run like hell even when the zombies are advancing. Haha but other than that the story is unique and really worth it.
