Even though it has only five tracks, like Animals, it's one of the best albums ever made. Long tracks that set you in the Floyd mood. A Syd Barrett influenced album. David Gilmour gives a melodic solo in all songs, as usual giving his best. Roger Water's lyrical skills were at the top. Both Mason and Wright gave outstanding performances, giving Pink Floyd the characteristic psychedelic sound. I consider Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1-5) the top track. It has got so many great things. Have A Cigar, with its funky style, it's a killer track. Wish You Were Here steals the tier in the top acoustics songs with its melancholic lyrics.

Roger Waters gives a great example of a concept album. It's a story, explaining issues the boy Pink was having trouble with. Of course, Roger transcribed himself into the album as the boy, which was a bit problematic: the songs were turning darker and more personal to Roger. It's an incredibly cold and raw album.

It certainly is one of the best albums I've ever listen to. Pink Floyd has created an incredible music legacy in psychedelic rock. Some favorites are Time and Money, totally immersive and jazzy, respectively. Any Colour You Like is a really catchy instrumental song, dizzy and full of effects that get trapped in our heads, all day on replay. All tracks are connected, in sequential order, one ends with the other's beginning and so, but they do it in the most suitable way possible. This album is a 10 out of 10 and it's not the only good album Floyd gives.
