While not Drake's best album, the LP lived up to the hype surrounding it. After several years worth of side projects, mixtapes, features, and delays, Drake dropped "Views" to end his fans' intense anticipation. With "Views," Drake makes you feel as if you are one-on-one with him on a cold winter night in Toronto. This album makes you feel as if Drake himself is telling you stories from his come-up in Toronto while you two sit by a fire and drink whiskey. There are some missteps here and there and certainly some songs that could've been eliminated from the tracklist, but as a whole, this project is a success. It marked the end to an era in Drake's career where he finally proved to all of the rap community that he was untouchable. There is something for everyone on this album.
