I expected so much more than what I got from this book.
It was the variety of recipes is what drew me to this book, but after trying three of the recipes, I'm done!
~ Yields are not accurate
~ Accurate measurements are not provided for all recipes ("medium" is not a substitute for an actual measurement!)
~ Did anyone actually test AND taste these recipes? The third (and last) recipeI made was so cloyingly sweet I had to throw it out, wasting 2 lbs of my home grown tomatoes!
Really BH&G, I'm so disappointed. Never again will I buy another of your 'cookbooks'.
From now on I'm sticking to Ball canning recipe books!
