Definitely one of the darkest if not, the darkest Marvel movies to date. Also incredibly violent and full of alien gore. And I absolutely loved it. So much love from all the character with some really hardcore lines from villains and heroes alike. Never thought I’d see a Soviet Labrador but here we are. ~Light spoilers~ I do find that the writers have a hard time killing off characters and it almost felt necessary in this film just because it was so dark. The lack of death in the main characters is what made it lose a star for me.

Comedic timing was absolutely spot on. Had some nice creepy/scary bits with the bad guys. Loved this film, actually want to see it again. Only tragic thing was that Holga wasn’t a buff lesbian.

‘Don’t Look Up’ is most definitely in my top five. With beautiful direction and cinematography it shows the realities of the human mind and how we act through social media and political platforms while also delivering it in a humorous and often frustrating way. The performances of all actors involved are outstanding, showing the strife and passion of every action and emotion. As you could probably tell, I highly recommend this movie. Especially to my fellow media study students.

Love this movie, has fantastic one-liners. Great for a chill movie night.
