Boring. Disturbingly weird. Unfinished. I've watched Saulnier's movies but trust me this is the worst one. I gotta say the trailer looked amazing but unfortunately the film wasn't. If you have like an IQ over 150 then you might understand it, I mean you have to watch theories and explanations online afterwards to get some kind of conclusion in your head otherwise the film literally hangs you without a proper ending. I'm a big fan of Jeremy Saulnier's movies. Blue Ruin was particularly my favourite. Maybe I didn't get the movie or really didn't understand it. No hard feelings. Just an honest opinion.
