What a fantastic cookbook, congratulations to the author. The recipes are so authentic and exotic and yet easy enough to follow. I found this book at the library and fell in love with it straight away, and went online to put my order in, and was lucky to find 1 copy as most were out of stock. I am very particular about the kind of cookbooks I purchase. I think this one is a keeper and a treasure and I can't wait to add this book to my list of collection.
