I skipped most of the songs. They tried to reimagine them but some things just can't be redone;not everyone can do a Dolly/Whitney. The singing was cringey and Camila truly can't act, it was bland. And for those saying we should smile more and enjoy a light-hearted movie, I agree! But this ain't it. Not even close. Think I'll watch the 1997 version again. Or better yet, Ever After. They got it right with updating the story!

So so so cringy. Just...don't. It felt very bad Disney Channel movie. If you're a fan of the original, don't watch it. Matthew Lillard and Rachel Leigh Cook deserved better.
