I enjoy the programme usually but have started to be irritated by the constant references to making a ‘brew’. I feel the script has been taken over by the Lancashire writers. This is Yorkshire. We have a cuppa NOT a brew. Just a little thing maybe but this is not Bolton, this is Yorkshire. My friends across the Pennines make me a brew and I make them a cuppa.
