Crime Thriller Suspense Brutally directed, powered by awesome performance and it is a tribute to Crime Thriller Drama. Story begins with a honest cop Hathi Ram Chaudhary, who is misspending his career on small and ordinary cases, refers his working zone as Paatal Lok to his Junior Imran Ansari. On the other hand, 4 suspects get busted by police in a fail assassination attempt of a well known TV journalist Sanjeev Mehra. This turns out to be a high profile case and lands up to the Hathi Ram’s table which gives him a chance to proof himself worthy. Now, story starts unfolding it’s layers and you get to know background of all 4 suspects and how Hathi Ram’s investigation unlatches a dark secret. It is a must watch web series, with great performances special by Jaideep Ahlawat (Hathi Ram Chaudhary), Ishwak Singh (Imran Ansari ), Neeraj Kabi (Sanjeev Mehra) and Abhishek Banerjee (Hathoda Tyagi). A special applause to Abhishek Banerjee who proofs that performance can be set as benchmark without dialogues, if your expressions have so much to speak. A classic comedy Drama with pinch of thrill. Jen’s husband Ted, died in a hit-and-run and she is trying to find the killer. Jen meets Judy in her grief support group and share their loss. With fine steps their friendship blooms and they become best friends. Story keeps gripping you as it starts unfolding itself. Jen slowly gets to know about Ted ‘s dark secrets and Judy keeps her dark secret which is twist in plot. The best part of series is bond, chemistry and relationship which Jen and Judy share. ⭐️⭐️1/2 Crime Suspense Drama I must start with ...Extremely misleading promos, empty vessels are the loudest. Very predictable story where a doctor falsely accused of serial killing and his wife tries to get him out of the bars by mirroring the same crime. Movie tries to keep you engaged by different characters and their possibilities in crime however, it fails to weak direction. A Very well and delightfully directed comedy drama, about an Indian American highschool teen. Story starts with Devi losing her father and legs. She decides to get several changes in her life after horrible freshman year and to know those changes, you must match the series. You also witness complete Indian family drama with typical Indian mom and an extremely cute highschool love story. It has a wonderful and sensitive ending which will wet your eyes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 A simple film about a side actor from 80s - 90s, who decides to comeback and complete his 500th film. Movie narrates his struggle, to get his 500th role and how industry treats him in present. It also reflects a bitter truth of Film Industry. You can’t expect anything, but Best from actors like Sanjay Mishra and you get same here. Also, we have a separate audience for these kind of movies and hence, it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea. However, there is proper justification with story and direction, and it will not disappoint you. Torture. If you want to give yourself a treat of Torture, watch Baaghi3. It is a mixture of Poor direction, illogical fight scenes and under-utilised starts. Movie has great actors and nice script which could have utilised in a better outcome. However, it fails miserably. It has comedy scenes which can give you tears of pain and spikes you. If you want your eyes not to bleed out, avoid Baaghi3. I have wasted 2.26 precious hours of my life, you don’t do. It’s a warning. Must watch There are only few series which glues you to your seat, and Asur is one of them. It’s a series about serial killings, just not an ordinary one. When you know the reason behind killings it starts getting interesting episode by episode. Also, It is always interesting to watch Indian Mythology combined with suspense, which you get in Asur. Arshad Warsi is one of the finest actors in country, convinces you again that you just drop him in any pool and he can swim through it. I watched this movie on Netflix yesterday and not in theatre. It’s a beautiful movie with “feel good” factor. Imtiaz Ali has a different Karizma in his all movies and this movie is no less, in demonstrating the same. Even though Kartik and Sara proves that they have a big scope of improvement, still you will be able to digest the movie because of its direction, fast pace movie plot and story. Randeep Hooda is the one who holds the acting wheel and prevents the ship from drowning. Actually if you missed watching it in theatre, that’s ok because you will enjoy it at home too.
