It's a brilliant storytelling! If someone finds it boring, they know no appreciation of art and life and its many lemons. (It isn't peachy, sunshine and rainbows always and for everyone)
I thank the director for the beautiful 70s music, the way the characters slowly build up and the lack of any "power muscle throwing bad guys into the air."
There are few strong moments of grief specially loss of Harry's sock, but the movie doesn't let you sit and grieve.. you have to move on for the next "lemon".
Points to Aska Matsumiya for the subtle yet powerful background score, specially "I am" and " Return to the cabin".
