Manikarnika- An epic story about a daughter, a wife, a mother & more importantly a freedom fighter! It succeeded in kindling the patriotic passion without being too opinionated and overbearing . Interestingly, there is no obsessive attention to the costumes and jewellery. Glad to see the transition from ‘big star hype’ to ‘content focusing movies. Well done Kangana!
