I just finished the last episode and I must admit I forced myself to watch through the end of this series. I’ve read both versions of the book several times and enjoyed the older mini-series. I’ve been looking forward for years to another one and was disappointed every time one was postponed, so was thrilled when I saw this would actually be made. When I starting watching the first episode I had to double check that I hadn’t missed anything because it began in the middle of the story. The constant jumping around was awful. For the most part the cast was ok and I did enjoy the episode where Glenn, Stu, and the others travel to Las Vegas but the other episodes were not good. The character development was nonexistent and I barely recognized the storyline. I don’t understand how anyone gave this more stars than one. One star is more than it deserved. 😢😢
