Okay I have just got home from the cinema after seeing #thematrixresurrections I went there with high expectations and the original Matrix nostalgically living rent free in my mind, I was a little tired but I knew a great movie would fire me up and keep me energised for the 2 plus hours I would be watching... oh how I was wrong, I fell asleep 20-30 mins in after listening to boring and mind numbing dialogue, I was woken by my friends who told me I had snored but not missed anything important. I awoke to more dialogue and a short "action scene". About an hour in I was ready to leave but I had already said I would give my mate a lift home so I soldiered on to watch what maybe one of the worst movies I have EVER seen at the cinema! - Characters are forgetful - There is not one cool Matrix scene - The movie switches from a Hollywood budget to then the same budget from a movie on the SYFY channel - Fight scenes are tragic - Neo does the same move all movie - Movie is over complicated and is the worst of the lot - aging make up is worst than a Jackass skit - Robot helpers are lame If Morpheus came to me in this movie and offered me the blue or the red pill I would take a Cyanide pill Overall this movie is such a disappointment, it's lazy, it's boring, It's forgetful. I will be buying the first movie in 4k and pretending the other 3 movies never existed My score 1/10 Quote of the movie "Strawwwberrryyyy" (Neo voice)
