there were plot holes and some people are saying they didn't like the mains and the second lead was cute but i really hated how selfish and senseless the female lead's family was. especially the mum and chief knife, they had no morals!! it was so frustrating and i felt bad for the male lead with all the betrayal.

this kdrama was pretty cool even at the start it seemed a little out of place. there were many plot holes and things that didnt make sense. The cast were adorable and their acting was good but i feel their characters lacked depth. I'd recommend scarlet heart ryeo over this. The cast is also good and although it was intense everything seemed to make sense. SPOILER I think that the love triangle is similar to hwarangs but if the main girl got with the king. I found many similarities with the characters in hwarang and scarlet heart ryeo.
