Guatemalan American

It feels like something that would air on TNT, right after a show like Burn Notice. A comedy action serialized procedural that is passably entertaining but offers nothing interesting or compelling. I never watched the original Bebop so I wouldn't know how this compares. - Some of the sci-fi elements are pretty cool - The wardrobe often looks like cosplay - The jazz soundtrack gives the series a fun kinetic energy - All the characters are bland and uninteresting with no special chemistry between any of them - The writing is weak but serviceable
