I love watching historical drama about the Qin Dynasty so naturally this series was very captivating. I loved Hao Lan's grit and determination to survive and overcome it all.

My very favorite of al the Chinese drama. I have watch this 3 times and it's still moving each time. Sun Li is the best actress. Loved her in Empresses in the Palace also.
