A very good movie with a good moral story: to "be a skeptic until presented with valid and convincing evidence - to not be gullible to all the woo-woo's in this world". I like how they include scenes copied from the classic m.o. of Peter Popoff and his money-making hoax as exposed by the late James Randi. Even the actor's voice is the same as PP. A well acted movie with a great cast lead by De Niro, Weaver and Murphy among others. I've only watched it from Netflix this year and I can say its one of those movies that you can include in your movie library/collection that you can watch several times.

Having every element I like for this genre: violence, sex, blood & gore, drama and a good twist at the end, Polar is a must-watch for action aficionados. I have watched it 3x already on Netflix - and always repeat the part when Duncan uses the laser-guided machine guns - awesome scene!

Undoubtedly included in my top-5 best sci-fi favorite movies of all time...
